I'm on a Fina, Test, D-bol cycle currently. This is my 3rd cycle. Yes my diet is optimum, rest and supplementation is right on...BUT here is my problem...I never make any gains past the 3rd week. My progress is as follows: Started cycle at 195lbs:
After week #1 - 200lbs
After week #2 - 204lbs
After week #3 - 208lbs
After week #4 - 209lbs
This is exactly what happened in my 2 previous cycles. It is also definetely not a motivation problem. Don't get me wrong, I am very happy with my results up until now. Notice in week 4, I only gained 1 lb. What gives??? Any suggestions are welcomed.

99 times out of 100 when somebody says they can't make gains on juice it is because their diet sucks. Post up your calories and protein intake.

im running in to a similar situation, debating weather to take my test down to 250mg a week for 2 weeks, then finishing the last 4 weeks at 600mg a week

or...

saying fuck it starting therapy and doing another 4 weeker in 2 monthes

what do you guys think i should do? it really depends on how my body feels, if i still feel like shit on monday im calling it!

anyway what im saying is you may just have to use this, after all 10lbs a month is great! do another cycle in a couple monthes and gain another 10lbs.

like i said, same thing happens to me. after 4 weeks all my gains are in fat!

Get the protein to above 400gm per day and start taking in some quality fats (ie UDO's choice, flax, borage, or even olive oil) and you will break thru the plateau.
Before anyone sits here and says they eat 250 grams and grow fine -shut the fuck up because you are going to MAINTAIN not gain. I know chicks that eat 200-250gms of protein per day.
Johnny, bottom line is your body (in this case-weight) won't change unless you give it a REASON to. Good luck.

Lack of protein would be my first guess. Fat loss would be my second. Too many people simply go by what the scale says and not what BF is.

My last cycle

250 test per week
50mg eod fina
50mg eod winni

calories 2500-3000
protein 200-300

I gained 25lbs

start 225
finnish 247

So I didnt need that much protein.

Agreed but I would say 50 times out of 100 it is because of diet. Most individuals training also is pretty shitty when it comes to amounts(whether doing too much/overtraining or not doing enough), as well as doing the proper exercises that includes the basics which help to pack on the most strength and weight. Also, are they training using the correct form or just bouncing the weight up and down letting momentum do all the work? Training legs is also a big part of the overall weight gaining part of it as I notice alot of people complain they are not gaining enough weight yet they don't want to train there legs hard or at all.

Lastly proper rest. Far too many people go out and drink and party too much. Not saying this is the majority but enough times it is. Alot of factors go into it, and yes, especially diet as well.
