I can't believe how fast winny makes ya cramp!

I just started yesterday drinkin my winny and I am already cramping like a bitch!! My first cycle of winny I injected and noticed cramping after a few weeks. Then I did a sus and deca cycle and had absolutely no cramping at all. Now again the immediate cramping on winny. Anyone else experience this with winny and what othert than water and pottasium can calm it down?

I just added oral winny to my EQ/Anavar cycle 4 days ago. Today while driving my lower back had spasms so bad I had to pull over. I'm dropping the winny and replacing it with Fina.

What dosages are you using of the oral? I didn't notice any cramping on 12 mg/day, but then again, I didn't really notice any gains, either.

I get muscle spasms everywhere when I'm on winny. Get them just turning around or crossing my legs. I love it.

Probly cause 12mg/day wont do shit for you... The injectable dose is 50mg some pills (I think IP winny) come in 50 mg form, but also there is 2mg form and you'd have to take like 25 to get anything from the winny... 12mg is a waste of good winny

Man, I traded my winny of for a couple hundred dbol(I know I got took but couldn't sell it people are cheap around here) because winny made my elbows hurt so bad after the gym I had to ice them down when I got home and take pain pills like candy. Screw winny I think it is overated. Anavar is alot better.

ive been on ttokkyo winny 50ml every other day for 3 weeks now and the only sides im getting is awesome pumps in the gym and a little acne, the other day i trained arms and my pump was so bad i couldnt wash my face in the shower without it hurting to bad have not had an cramping since i started. train,eat,sleep!!

I have to do alot of warming up and stretching when on Winstrol. When I do this the joint pain, stiffness and cramping are not that bad a problem.

Winny Cramps

First time I did Winny I cramped up so bad that I could not even do a curl with a 35 pound dumbbell. It felt like I was so pumped that my muscles would not allow me to move another inch. After a week it went away. I think it is just a temporary side that some people get... like D-bol headaches.

I was doing 590 mg/day orally, and I would like cramp up sometimes if I flexed and held a nmuscle for more than about 5 seconds. I mean VERY bad cramp, the type you have to pull out - strectch - to get rid of it.

I found that drink more water, and doing more potassium helped a lot.
