You should go to a Morgan Owners' Club meet sometime. Out of 100 cars, about 98 will be green, with one white one and one red one for good measure.

LOL

There was a red one at the show too.

I am looking for local clubs.

I've got a vintage Ford truck with over 200,000 miles on her.

Gave the old lady a paint job and a new set of wheels last year.

She will be cool again in a few more years.

I would think you would like travel but it is not for everybody. Not sure why I do it at times.....so much stuff can go wrong.

Hey I wonder if it is the same engine as my dad's '68 TR6? He's got a totally original yellow convertible.

No, it would be a TR4 four cylinder engine. The TR6 was a six cylinder.

yeh, and thanks to Lucas Electronics (aka "the prince of darkness"), 69% of all the cars there will have a blown fuse or won't start or have some sort of electrical gremlin.

I think your number is on the low side.

Any '60s Morgan that is still running is sure to have had the original wiring harness replaced, though.

well, i was being charitable, hahahaha....

Mr.dB...you must also have been the victim of the British Motorcar Industry, huh? the stories, (now with the passing of time, funny) of what various jags, MGs, sunbeams and triumphs have done to me over the years! owning any vintage British cars was/is an excellent excuse for keeping a reliable american or jap car around.
