I have had hypertension since 2009. It was fine while pregnant (unmedicated) then post-partum it was pretty high. I haven't been taking my meds regularly and I've been fine for weeks, until now. Probably too much caffeine. Duh. I guess I won't make that mistake again.

I guess now's not the time to take an Atomic Tab lol

my face is red blotchy and hot, and i feel nauseated so I took my BP and its 144/119. not sure if that's accurate but regardless, i know its high

so I took my labetalol and I'll recheck BP in about 10 mins

did the shake have niacin in it for some reason?
