the weather here is exactly like it was in jacksonville florida when i left. i thought it would be hotter with like tumble weeds rolling by...

this weird guy on my flight from jax to Atlanta got real drunk and was an ass. he was a musician and pushing 60 and when the plane was taking off he was trying to figure out what pitch the engine sound was in. he swore it was a "G" pitch... he was trying to hit on the young flight attendant and she wasnt having it. then when the plane landed and we were aloud to get up and get our stuff he b-lined it down the isle only to make it half way and run into everyone else then starts running his mouth at why its taking so long. he about knocked people on their ass barreling down the isle. some people seriously have no idea how annoying the are..

Sorta like when we were moving last year during a freaking hurricane (literally). I had just had the wiper blades replaced on my car but it was done incorrectly and one came loose rendering me blind if I had to use them (which I did). Pulled over to the gas station and there was a good ole boy wearing coveralls who rigged up my wiper blade so that it held till I got home - an hour away in a torrential downpour. He got soaking wet to fix my car and was happy to do it for me. He was old enough to be my dad... NEVER would that have happened in New Jersey.

absolutely... this time i will be able to stay as long as i want to so we can set up a better time to all get together. i wish i had more time to hang out with bikinimom and the grump. we met up at 9 pm or so and had to leave about 11:30 or so. only having 2 or 3 hours sucked. hopefully next time i can plan on staying through the weekend and do something then. i will let you know as it gets closer.
