I don't think there are BOR meetings smurfy someone says something and it is so. I don't think the EsOB's is a democracy more like a dictatorship.

I'd hate to have to...but if I look into the sky and see the Hitman-signal (the cross-hairs of a rifle scope projected into the sky using a giant searchlight), then I have no choice but to contact the Director and take whatever assignment I'm given.

Even Hitman and I (the DoSP-ESoB) both have a modified secret sig....

I don't see any reason why someone would want to do that.... (who really makes the rules- the guy in charge- or the guy holding the gun?)

It's less of a secret when the background is grey though.

Rules to ESoB are governed by its members. We make them up as we go. As long as most agree, we doint have problems.
