I am always tired... Why!

how many days a week are you training and for how long? honestly, if you're hardcore training, you're not really getting enough sleep. If you sleep from 11pm - 5am, that's only 6 hrs bro.

You say you could sleep 11-13 hours on any given day, but have you actually slept that long?

There could be lots of reasons why you're so tired. How much water do you drink? Are you on any medication, either OTC or Rx? How many calories are you eating every day? Do you have an inordinate amount of stress in your life? Are you depressed? Anxious? Are you taking stimulants?

Some people just need more sleep than others.

First, go fuck yourself.

Now to all the actual responses:

I do high intensity training 4 days a week (just started so this definitely not the issue) for about 50-60 minutes. But I usually train 3 days a week for about 75-80 minutes a session.

Diet is roughly 3000-3200 calories. I try to keep them clean. But I do cheat more than I should.

I definitely do not have the fat from a wild caught salmon or tuna. I get those fats from Karlson's fish oil.

I just slept 13 hours Sunday into Monday. I have slept 12 hours straight... more times than I can even remember.

No medication, ever. I just finished Cyanostane Rx and just started taking supplements about 4 months ago. Before that, never in my life. So the supplements might be attributing to the problem now, but that doesn't answer for the issue before hand.

I should get another bloodtest done. But it feels silly since I already had that done. Different Doctor I guess?

I drink about 3 bottles of water throughout the day plus all other beverages consumed (no alcohol, ever). I drink diet soda mostly. Yes, I know that's bad. I can fix this no problem though if it could cause constant lethargy.

Stress levels are on par with everyone else I am sure.

What are some examples of slow and medium burning carbs?

Ridiculous waking every morning like this for sure. I do the gym and get to work. But it's a fight every day.
