...in this thread, you will post reasons why you are better than everyone else. I guess this could be an accomplishment that puts you just one notch above everyone else, or something about yourself that makes you a shining star.
Basically, this is a thread where you can toot your own fuckin horn as loud as you want.
I have two, and I might have more later.
1 - Everything I did for my grandmother. For those of you that don't know, I had to step in and take power of attorney, unfuck her financial situation, put her in an assisted living home, and sell her house, which included getting a lifetime's worth of stuff out of there (okay, only 40 years worth of stuff, still a lot). Not once during any of it did I think about myself or what I would get out of the situation, I did everything because I knew it had to be done and that no one else was going to do it for me.
At her funeral 2 months ago, people were coming up to me and talking to me like I was a saint, thanking me for doing everything I did for her. I still look at the whole thing like it was something that anyone would do for a loved one, but when it was all over I slipped into a month long heavy drinking binge and that still wasn't enough to relieve the stress. It took me a good 3 months to "de-stress" after that was over. Ever since that situation, I know that when challenged with anything in life, I will overcome and I'll be on top in the end. I am stronger inside than anyone else I've ever met in my life. That's the fuckin truth.
2 - My penis is better than your penis. That's the fuckin truth. Deal with it.
