Let's say there were two identical twins in their 20s.
They both follow the same workout regimen. The are lifting partners and motivate each other very well, and have very good training regimens.
They both have identical diets. Low fat, high protein, moderate carbs. Let's say around 15/35/50 for fat/protein/carbs. Lots of veggies, protein shakes, chicken breast, etc. They live and work together and whenever one cooks he cooks for two.
The goal for both of them is to look ripped.
There is one difference between the two: one drinks 7 Tablespoonfuls of flax seed oil a day.
If they were walking down the beach next to each other, could you tell the difference from 50 feet away?
