Hypothetical situtation

Let's say there were two identical twins in their 20s.

They both follow the same workout regimen. The are lifting partners and motivate each other very well, and have very good training regimens.

They both have identical diets. Low fat, high protein, moderate carbs. Let's say around 15/35/50 for fat/protein/carbs. Lots of veggies, protein shakes, chicken breast, etc. They live and work together and whenever one cooks he cooks for two.

The goal for both of them is to look ripped.

There is one difference between the two: one drinks 7 Tablespoonfuls of flax seed oil a day.

If they were walking down the beach next to each other, could you tell the difference from 50 feet away?

Hmmmmm

Lets See 7 Servings of Flax OIL is roughly 840 Cals, and 91 Grams of FAT. and rougly 4900mgs of Alpha Linolenic Acid.

So the DIet for these Twins Would be.

840 cals from fat 91 Grams
1600 cals from protein or 400 grams
2500 cals from Carbs or 600 grams

So the Twins unless they are ROnnie Coleman would become Major FAT asses with those Ratio's. Flax Oil is good but Too much of anything can hurt u. GET rid of this 50% from CARB BULL SHIT. That is RidIC.

OK, forget the numbers.

Say both twins have REASONABLE diets, according to you.

One of them takes whatever the recommended dosage of Flax oil is (i thought it was 3 Tbs twice a day or so).

Can you tell a difference?

the one twin would be a little more healthy but I don't think you could tell a differance. this does not excuse you from taking them though, if thats what you are getting to.:D

You're basically asking, "can I get away without taking flax?" The answer is yes. You can lose fat without flax. However, I believe you will lose it faster with it.

No, I am not asking if I can "get away" without using it so much as, what is the cost-to-reward ratio, meaning if I drop the cash on this supp will I notice results?
