Hypertrophy

Yes I have, though i've seen other peoples workouts and they have workout A B C and such, I just have 14 exercises i do every mon wed and fri, is that right?
 
I think its too many exercises. I'm currently working on a routine that as of right now is 9 exercises long each day, and I am going to work things around to probably go with around 8. If you're doing say dips for chest on a certain day, you might be able to drop a tricep exercise for example. You don't need to hit body parts more than once a day. Even if you did all isolation exercises, you would only need to do 11 exercises tops to hit every body part. So cut a couple out. Also depends on how many sets you are doing for each exercises, as well as which exercises you are doing.
 
A/B is not uncommon with HST, A/B/C would be unusual. Neither is required.

For example if you don't want to do both deads and squats in the same workout you might do deads for workout A, squats for B. Mon-A, Wed-B, Fri-A, Mon-B, etc.

Like I say, you can do all exercises each workout, but 14 is a lot.
