i apologize if this was alrealdy posted, but has anybody done HST?? what kinda gains did you make??

this is going to be my first cycle of HST, so would this be good?

workout 2x15:
incline bb
squat
calf raise
deadlift
shoulder press
incline bicep curls
shrugs bb
lying tricep ext.
situps

workout 2x10:
bench
leg press
calf raise
bent bb rows
laterial raisie
bb bicep curls
shrugs db
tricep push downs
crunches

workout 2x5
same as workout 1
after, i have a choice of negatives, dropsets, or repeat 2x5.

3 questions
1. what is a dropset? 1 set only rite?
2. what is a negative? slowly go down?
3. anything wrong with the routine i listed above, please say something.
