this is going to be my first cycle of HST, so would this be good?
workout 2x15:
incline bb
squat
calf raise
deadlift
shoulder press
incline bicep curls
shrugs bb
lying tricep ext.
situps
workout 2x10:
bench
leg press
calf raise
bent bb rows
laterial raisie
bb bicep curls
shrugs db
tricep push downs
crunches
workout 2x5
same as workout 1
after, i have a choice of negatives, dropsets, or repeat 2x5.
3 questions
1. what is a dropset? 1 set only rite?
2. what is a negative? slowly go down?
3. anything wrong with the routine i listed above, please say something.
