Ive been on them for 5 months eating everything but the kitchen sink and have gained 25lbs on a 5'6" 180 lb build wich was already at 10% or bellow bf.I am now 205 with around 10% bf 18 inch arms 32 waist.I have used just about every kind of gh out there including blue tops kexing jinotropins serono and Lilly.This is by far the best I have used and the price is great too.

similar build Im a little under 5'7" weigh 215 now at around 13%-19 1/2 arms waist is at 34 now(little big)==going on cutter with prop/tren ace blend, var and was gonna throw in the gh along with AIFM

bomb shit but for me...blues work just as good and are way cheaper...but hyge is way more bang for your buck compared to jin ....you will great good results
