No. Whoever wrote that doesn't know what they're talking about. The ECA stack is actually anti-catabolic. Since you're on a low dosage cycle and asking about Hyrdroxy, I assume you're cutting - if that's the case then you're on the right track. If you're trying to gain mass, drop the ECA stack.
