hydroxycut after workout

I take Hydroxycut just after my morning cardio (about 45 minutes before my first meal) and I think this works great. I personally cannot take them while I do cardio because they drive my heart too hard and would force me to stop the cardio!

I'm with ya Dr. E. My cardio workouts are long and hard runs. If I took an E/C stack pre-workout my heart would probably blow up. I run seven minute miles which gets my heart rate cranking as is. The only way I could ever do a thermo is post workout. Any other runners out there who take thermos?
 
i don't understand the logic. most people take eca to power them through workouts. if you took it afterwards it would give you all that energy when you don't really need it. i think its like taking a test and then studing after you took it.
 
For harder driving cardio workouts that already get the heart rate up higher it doesn't appear the safest bet to add a thermo on top of that. I guess it just depends on how intense a persons cardio sessions are. I'll stick with a nice mellow heart rate post cardio instead of speed madness.
 
different people follow different logic....
it doesn't really give me energy period....just interested in the fatburning.
i would need to take it after workouts on some days because of timing.
I originally posted (as HowBadDoYouWantIt), because i was wondering what the affects would be to the muscles after working them out...giving my body a therm prior the resources they would be in need of.
In essence i wondered if there would there be a chance of going into a catabolic state. (i do cardio AFTER lifting)
From what i understand (which i could be completely wrong) they dont' work that way...
 
definitely nice metaphor....maybe i am just not clear enough in what my question is.....

Question: Because of eating and training schedule SOMETIMES i need to take my 3rd dose of hydroxycut AFTER i work out....is there any reason to think it would promote *muscle* loss rather than fat loss by taking it AFTER working out (30 minutes prior to my after workout meal) ???
 
I would be really hesitant about taking another dose of hydroxycut after your workout unless your workout is early afternoon or so. If your workout is at night (after 5 PM) you might experience sleeplessness from taking such a strong stimulant so late in the day. You will also continue to burn calories for a time (1-4 hours) after you finish your workout-depending on the intensity- so it would be doing double duty. I generally keep my use of hydroxycut/xenadrine/eca stacks to the first 2/3 of the day, but thats me. everyones metabolic rate is different so you might be OK. Are you really supposed to take 3 doses of that stuff per day?
 
There are two ways to take thermogenics:

1) 30 minutes before your workout.
2) 30 minutes before your meal.

Both ways are effective at promoting thermogenesis. I train with enough intensity in my cardio sessions that I don't need an extra fat-burner on top of that.

i can't take eca before cardio--it doesn't help my workout anyway plus it gives me palpitations for hours afterward. Too much for my heart I guess--because my cardio sessions are as intense as possible for me and go for about 40 minutes. there's this instructor who's like a drill sargent at my gym, he teaches a very intense floor aerobics class and if i take a thermo before that class, it's just too much. I don't need extra energy anyway during workouts, I need it at about 2 o'clock at work :) that's another thing, i can't take any of that shit after 5 pm or i spend the night lying in bed with my eyes wide open and my brain swirling with thinking.
 
Hi Guys,

I do my gym at 6:30 am, so definitely my breakfast will be after that like at 8 am.

I saw all the above comments which they are so effective but i just want to make sure about how to take the pill. Shall i take the hydroxycut 30 mins before my workout? Like at 6 am?

I am not professional so i will be happy if you advise me:).
