Hi guys , I will be taking some hydro for the next 3 months to se how it goes, I wonder which one from those hundresds
of famous diets floating around online could be the safest or the one that matches better with hydroxicut, thank you.

Any diet will work if you stick to it. Consistency is the key. Your weekends have to be as good as your weekdays when it comes to eating.

I really like carb cycling. It's very effective and its nice to have high carb days to look forward to.
