hey all, whats up, ive been having a prob with hushmail for the last 2 weeks now, i cant log on for some reason. it just sits at the "Loading the Hush Encryption Engine may take up to three minutes. If you are asked to install software from Hush Communications, please choose Yes" window. i clicked do not have permission to install etc and still wont work, ive let it sit 20mins now on both options and neither one will let me in, i cleaned my cache, and made sure theres no spyware on my comp etc. i have zone alarm on my comp which ive had for a long time, and hushmail has always worked with it, i dont have any firewalls that im aware of that are engaged. I made sure the windows default firewall for my network is disabled. any help appreciated, thanks!

I've had this problem before. Make sure that you have the latest Java script installed in your PC, otherwise download and install java script. To do so, go (1) Click "start" then go to "Control Panel" (2) Click on the icon that reads Java which should look like a cup of coffee (3) from the tabs at the top, click on update, and follow the instructions that should prompt out in your PC screen 'till installation is complete. If the Java icon doesn't show after you opened up the control panel, you can still download and install any Java updates manully by heading to its website and download the files.
Then follow the next steps no matter what version of java you have.
Open up your internet browser (1) Click "tools" (2) Scroll down and click on "internet options" (3) Click on the tab that reads "security" at the top. (4) Click on the tab that reads "custom level" (5) Then scroll down till you find a subtitle that reads "Scripting of Java applets" then check little circle that reads "enable"....apply and good to go.

No guarantees whatsoever, but it worked for me.
Good luck!
