Hushmail error message

My computer isn't locking up, but it keeps giving me an error message and has a retry button to click. "Error upgrading the the account undefined .

Anyone else having this problem?

Now I'm not getting the error message. It says my keys were upgraded successfully and then just sits there and does nothing. Tried logging in again and the same thing happened.

I just had this exact same problem. However, I solved it. Know what is happening? There is a button BELOW the screen that tells you you've successfully upgraded your keys. This button says "click here to continue."

However if your screen is at 800X600 and you are using anything but the very smallest print, you can't access the button.

So what I did was I went into my IE preferences, chose "smallest" text, and then I even had to get rid of the toolbar at the bottom of Windows... and lo and behold there was the button.

I guess these guys screwed up, but if you do this, you should be able to get into your box.

All my old messages are now gone, I'm assuming they plan to migrate them over????

my cpu froze when I was upgrading, now all I get is the error message with my account. Every time I try, same message. Really need to get to that email account. The emails better not have been erased.

Its a good job I have an elite fitness account. I am so fed up of hushmail I am not gonna be using it anymore

I think I may go back to hotmail
