Hey everybody,
Ok, Friday I was doing deadlifts with 300 for 3 sets of 4 and on the first set I threw my back out deadlifting sumo style, not that the situation is of that much importance, but I absolutely cannot do any lower body work until this heals(save reverse hypers for recovery purposes). So, should I jstu continue to workout utilizing just an upper body split, doing something like Monday:arms, Wednesday:chest, friday:back/shoulders? I typically lift powerlifter style splitting up bench, squat, and dead with assistance exercises, but this pretty much throws that out of whack. So what do you think?
