Anyone else having trouble eating with all this humidity?
I just go over the flu... and the shits. I was down to 230 for a week. I'm back up to 243 so far. I am only eating 4 times a day though. I have no apetite. I would like to get back to eating 8 times a day.
What do you guys do when you go through this?

When I lived where it was humid, I stayed in a lot. Or swam. The gym didn't get too bad, but all you can do is work through it.

aren't u working in AC at least? only have ac i my room and it gets awful in here, but im still chowing down 7-8 meals a day.

I Feel U Its Been 90 Degrees Here For A Couple Days And I Drink Water It Fills Me Up I Definately Cant Eat In The Summer Like I Can In The Winter Thats Why I Try To Semi-cut In The Summer But I Hate Cutting

Bro it hit's me hard and there's not alot I can do when it effects my hunger.. I moved here to the midwest from Florida which is of course the king of humidity and I am shocked at how nasty it really is here in the summer time, feels worse than Florida but that's probably cause there's no ocean breeze in this backyard....anyways when it hit's me like that, I try to just stay inside with the air cranked, If i have to, I dont even to go work, I just work from home and eat in my home office all day...

by the way bro, got that information from the folks you pointed to towards...thanks again, they appear to be top notch at what they do.
