Humatrop Injection Pens?

I have exhausted all means of trying to find this damn Humatrop injection pen for Humatrope by Lilly. Does anyone have any knowledge of where I might be able to get my hands on one? I can't go to my local pharmacy because I need a written script from a MD, state laws.

If I cannot find one does anyone know if I could just mix the solution within the vial and draw it out myself with and insulin pin? Need some help please
