you wan me to pose for you? i really don't do that kind of shit. and i only started lifting weights so i could improve the sports i was into and stomp more asses in single sittings. i did lean down about 7-8 lbs. recently. and pulled 500 for a triple the other day. but, i gotta see if i can find some satisfactory pics to appease ya....
 
I wouldn't mind seeing a pic or HT myself.........it would be fascinating to see what he looks like, almost from a clinical perpective.........like, wouldn't you like to know what Jack the Ripper looked like kind of deal.......... :lmao:

i could guess 13-16%? i hope? i started some E_Q & mast & it dried me out right quick. but i'm also missing a lat & oblique on my left side, so, i have quite an imbalance going on, muscularly.
 
damn i got 6 inches on you and I'm same weight!.. can't even come close to 500 once let alone 3x

a while back i got shot a few times and one of my injuries was to my spine. in order to stabilize it, the doc thought to remove those muscles and suture them over the broken vertebrae.

I know how you feel. I've missed a couple of days, and I've been doing this 5x5, so now I'm there three days instead of my usual five. I'm getting stronger and bigger, but gutlier for sure. Allergies are bad too. I feel like I did a line of cat dander and washed my face with ragweed.
