Humalog Question??

How long is Humalog good for once received from the pharmacy?

The insert states:

"Vials in use, or not refrigerated, should be discarded after 28 days even if they stiil contain Humalog."

So by this-does that mean Humalog is only good for a total of 28 days? Or can you store it longer?

sounds like they want you to store it in the fridge bro bascially. then the 28 day thing means jack. but they are somewhat confusing with the "vials in use.......discard after 28 days".

exactly what he said the 28 days is for room temp...ya know the people that carry it around unrefrigerated.....if refrigerated it will last well past the expiration date on the label...

Thanks guys! I guess I am good to go with one bottle which will last a long time-now what to do with the other 2 bottles.....
