Humalog & Eating right... details

I would be happy to recieve some comment/suggestions from experienced
members on my method.

I take 1 shot of Humalog after training now. Even though I train 4-5 times
a week I didn't shoot Humalog more then 3 times a week b/c I wanted to take
it for longer period.

Within 10 minutes after my last set I take my Humalog shot (at 8iu now).
Right after that I take a 500ml Carbo drink (100grams of fast carbs)
with 10gr Creatine/10gr Glutamine added.
Then 30 minutes after this shot I take a 50mg Whey shake (400ml water).
Another 45 minutes after that shake (1h15min after the shot) I eat a meal like
white rice or brown macaroni with 150-200gr tuna or grilled chicken. No fats.
Another hour or so later (aprrox 2h30min after the shot) I eat this same meal
again, or sometimes I just eat the protein part.
Then it's 3 hours before I eat my next meal etc.

Now my results so far are quite nice, but this can't say what it does exactly
since there's aslo a bit of Tren/Test/Win/Primo etc that runs under my skin.
Looking for some eating tips to fine tune things with the Humalog shots

with the Humalog you need to nail your diet for 4-5 hrs while its active, as I'm sure you know. I used it a bit differently in that I dieted with clen and morning cardio and shot my slin after my workout around 7-8pm. For me it was Humalog shot immediately pwo (14 iu's was my top dosage) followed by 100g dextrose 10 minutes later, and 70-80g whey isolate 5 minutes following that. I then usually had a cup of oats and 60-70g lean protein about 90 minutes later and found I didn't need any more carbs for the duration of the day. I guess your diet really depends on your goals. I was dieting and was only consuming the carbohyrdrates so I would stay alive. In your case you can consume a healthy amount of carbs in 3-4 meals during that 5 hour window. Your biggest concern is to minimize fat intake, get plenty of protein and I'd advise you lower the carbs over the course of the Humalog's active life because they can be stored as fat once glycogen stores are full. I'm no expert on this, but I hope this helps somewhat.
 
Im about to go to bed but ill comment on something I saw while breezing over your post. You say you at 8iu? I assume eventually you plan on being at 10? Well Ive found that I only need 7g of dextrose per IU. anything less than that I go hypo. Youll get better results when you find that fine line. When you get to 10 start screwin with your dex. bring it down to 10/gram than 9,.,.,.etc till you go hypo.:)
 
running it with GH keeps the fat gain down
so does running it with DNP if your a crazy motherfucker there is some great synergy there(theoretically)
