i want some exercies to kill the shit out of my lats, i want them to get stronger and bigger than they are, and im tried of doing pull ups, one armed rows and lat pull downs. any other exercises I could try out?
deadlifts cant fail but help with the oldlats mate , i also do bent over barbell rows - i prefer them to dumbell rows ,to get the badboy thickness that we all love you should go heavy with lower reps - mabie 6-8
