Back Day... One of my favortite days because I get to do deadlifts.. now that im doing them pretty heavy, i grab a lot of attension. I think this helps me pump up a little bit... neways

315- 10
405- 8 - could have done at least 10 but saved sum for my last set
495 - 4 !!
I felt really good, doing these. 2 months ago I couldn't do 495 for 1. I think my 1/4 deadlifts helped from previous weeks.
Stacking all those plates feels really good, and i love how the bar bends big time!!
