ok here it is i just had a comp last saturday and i weighed in at 191 lbs now since then i went up to 208 lbs in the space of 5 days! half of what i gained is surely water. My question is could my body be having a hard time time ajusting to this weight increment since i find myself huffing and puffing even while talking on the phone. I went to the gym last night and had to leave i bit early since i was breathing so hard. My guess is that the water retention is the culprit......Any guesses on the origin of my problem.
