Hardly lost any strength at all,but definitely had a drop in endurance levels.The greatest thing of all is I don't think I lost a lb of muscle,at least it appears that way.My strength/endurance are right back to where they were pre-cycle,and I'm 17lbs of lard lighter,not bad at all,lol....

If I recall correctly you said you did no cardio what so ever while on DNP correct and that you didn't even have a strict diet? I'm thinking about starting a low dose cycle of it for the next 4-6 weeks before I hit my cycle, when do you start yours?

That's correct on the cardio,none at all...The diet was certainly not strict,but I did try and watch my fat intake and overall caloric intake.I also upped my carbs slightly to avoid going hypo...

Yes,it will help to keep you further elevated protein-synthesis wise,but I wouldn't plan on gaining strength or much size,more as an insurance agent to defend catabolism/musle wasting.But as you can see,it isn't totally necessary as DNP is proteolytic(protein sparing)...

Hmmmm, so roughtly how many carbs were you consuming on a daily basis? I was thinking within the area of 100-150g daily, ok? When ya'll guys say "watch fat intake" what exactly do ya'll mean, as in meats, junk food, etc.........?

Yes,that would be an acceptable range,just be sure to spread them out so that you keep blood sugar levels from plummeting at any given time.Avoid primarily saturated fats,you can take in omega 3's and 6's as they are mild uncoupler's themselves...

No,I didn't say that's how many I was taking in,just that it was an acceptable range...I was more than likely taking in more carbs than that.But I normally keep my carb intake as low as I can,as I have a horrible response to insulin(I get fat as hell on moderate amounts of carbs).Dnp allowed me to overcome this malady completely...
 
Man Huck! Those are insane results! I am starting my fiorst DNP cycle hopefully in the near future and can't wait..Do you mind if I shoot you a e-mail sometime if I have any questions ?

hey was this after a cycle? I was gonna do first week of clomid then start 40mg anavar and 200mg dnp cause heard it can help kill t3 levels to keep from going catabolic

Well bro. I'm six days into my cycle at 200mgs, hopefully I'll have some similar results like yours, shoot i'll be happy with 1/2 of your results!
 
Now the biggest decision I have is should I continue with the powdered DNP or jump into the crystalized one. Damn so many decisions so little time!:D :D :D
