Can I or can I not use Arimidex eod?

Of course, depends on doseage though... Common ED doses for low dose steroid cycles are .25 ED or .5 EOD... As you increase the gear in your cycles you will want to increase your arimidex doseage, but in short it can be taken every other day because it has a long half-life.

for further note. once again half life is around 50 hours. come on lets not see another ed or eod post for arimidex again please. guys do the search. this one's been answered a million times.

As stated above,it can be used EOD with no problems.Personally,I take it ED as I like the spillover effect,but that is not necessary,just a personal preference.
