I have decided what work outs I want to do. I know my 15/10/5 Rep max on each work out. I have read the HST website 3 times and still can't fill out this damn calculator they offer.
I plan to work out M/W/F can someone please help me set up my log somehow of direct me somewhere that might explain this in idiot terms.
 
No, I found the calculator although just didn't understand how it fit into a M/W/F work out split. I guess I got it now just seam weird that you do a full body workout all in one day, seams that you would be neglecting the muscle groups done at the end of rountine, although I guess you are not maxing out at any of the groups so maybe it wouldn't be bad, Have to try.
