Well, some people will say to do a week of negatives... I never do that.
What I do is keep doing my day 6 of 5 rep max for an additional 1-2 weeks, then take a week off.. or up to 10 days.. then start over with the 10 rep max day 1.

For me personally HST does add strength,..So I'll continue with upping my weight for another week or two. On excersises I've hit my max on I'll start doing negs. Ya gotta have a good training partner or someone you trust to spot you though when doing negs.
