OK HST guru's...I am in week 4 of a 12 week HST cycle using 10's and 8's because I am using AAS. After this HST cycle (which is my second) I need to decide which route I am going to prepare for my June show. Can I do HST right up to the last 12 weeks or should I switch to the 5*5??? I worry about HST and the dieting and cardio.
