Hey guys. I'm going to Mexico for spring break next week, and decided to do HST for a couple of months. I've done the 5x5, gotten my strength up. I basically plan on doing each for a couple of months at a time, going back and forth. Currently I'm 22, approximately 175 lbs, 6'0". I've been working out for about 1.75 years now. My diet sucks now, although I plan on changing that when I get back. I'm seeking advice to put together a doable HST program. For example, the webpage calls for squats every other workout, mixing in with the leg press. I don't want to waste my time with the leg press. Another program they have calls for only 1 set a day, with 2 sets of SLDL's. This doesn't seem best either. Also, no deads. If anybody has run HST before, or knows anything about it, and wants to help, I appreciate it.
Also, I plan on skipping the 15's. I'd be doing 2 weeks 10's, 2 weeks 5's, repeat, week off. Anyway, thanks in advance, hopefully I can put a good program together and track my progress here soon.
