HS Lifter subdues a fleeing attacker

The man slapped some woman at the restaurant/bar we were at tonight. HS Lifter tripped him as he was making his get away and then jumped on his back and put him in an arm lock until the police on patrol arrived. Guy couldn't even move. Great job HS Lifter.

I was prepared to, but didn't have to. Guy was helpless. I thought about slapping him in the face, but his face was buried into the concrete. I'd have to know why he slapped the woman first.

Besides that abrasion on my left arm, I'm fine. Luckily Huntington Beach PD was out in full force.

Also, the self defense class I took came in handy.

I need to take one of those, I wouldn't have the first idea how to handle myself in that kind of situation. I haven't been in a fight, or even struck anyone, since kindergarten.

Me too. I'm just big and strong and quick as a cat when my adrenaline is flowing. But I haven't been in a scuffle in a decade and a half. I was hoping that HS Lifter could handle the guy because I sure didn't want to get involved.
