Its the Pennsylvania-Dutch delicacy. I assume its made from pork or beef. I don't know. Rumor has it, its like sausage.

It could best be described as sausage - however, instead of being in a patty or link shape - it's a loaf, like bread then sliced & fried. Scrapple is a mixture of pork, water & cornmeal. Great with ketchup!!

September just keeps getting better and better: I just noticed that the San Fran Giants are 4 games ahead of the Dodgers, and are within striking distance of the Padres.

As much as I hate the Giants I have a feeling the Dodgers are going to spoil it for the Padres when they play each other this weekend, the last three games of the series. I think the Giants would get much farther than the Padres in the playoffs (yes because of steroids Barry)
