btw, I just came back from the gym... had the workout from hell today. I will pay for this the whole week...

pull-ups 5x5 (Body weight= 207lbs)
squats 5x5 (250lbs)
military press 5x5 (weak ass 90lbs)
deadlifts 5x5 (250lbs)
biceps barbell curls 3x10 (again, weak ass 90lbs)
abs (crunches, side-pulls)

to think I have to squat again on friday... Core training is the suck...
