Not good up until about 6 weeks ago when I put alot into the self-directed brokerage account and bought a shitload of RYIDX.

Ill going to unload all of it within the next few days. Definately before earnings, as I believe all the bad news that may come is priced into the market.

Great where I am. Housing market is still booming. They just started a new sub division on the other side of the lake behind my house. I'm scarfing up the lots around my house and building rentals on them.

I don't really look at it like that. If the market tanks. 401k's are toast. People are always going to need a place to live. And I'm doing it all out of pocket. So no debt.

I'm not sure but I think you misunderstood. I'm not the one putting in the new subdivision. My pockets aren't that deep. I'm buying the lot
next to me and behind me to build rentals on. If there is a mass exodus of peeps from my area, (which I don't think will happen)
oh well, I'm still sitting on property that I own free and clear.
