I'm kind of scared about gyno, so thats why the sust is at 250.

Equipose does not convert to estrogen at 400 mgs right?

Bump the sust to 500 and run some arimidex, and have nolvadex on hand.

You get out of a cycle what you put into a cycle. With the products you listed gyno should not even be a concern if you have done your homework and take the proper precautionary products.

I'd use cyp or enanthate in place of sust. and go with this:

Enanthate..........500mg/wk.........1-8
EQ.......................400mg/wk.........1-10
Winny..................50mg/ED..........5-12
Clomid...........................................13-15
arimidex----------.25mg/ED.........1-15

EQ aromitizes, but only slightly, the dose has no bearing on this.

With the arimidex, you have little to chance of getting gyno.

I would go with that cycle...With a good diet you will see some great gains. Instead of the Arimidex you could go with Liquidex as it comes out cheaper in the end and a bottle will last you at least 2 cycles using normal doses

That cycle looks good. However, I would front load the Eq at 800 mg the 1st week.

Gains will still be made, however the sust will not be as effective at that does. If you've experiencing gyno in the past get Nolvadex and dont start without it, then run the cycle as normal. Still front load the eq and up the sust if possible, you can always back it off after the firsrt few weeks if the gyno increases.

I notice most people here use novaldex as an anti-estrogen. I use proviron but not novaldex. I figure it is best to prevent aromatisation with the proviron than to treat it with the novaldex. I have also read that novaldex makes steroids less effective.

No one else seems to be doing this though which makes me wonder whether there is something wrong with my approach.

I feel this may be relevant because of the talk of gyno on this thread.

I do the same but this board is heavily biased toward arimidex.

If you're concerned about gyno, I'd skip the frontload.
