6 cans of tuna???? That's a little excessive. I'm not sure I fully believe the "mercury poisoning" bit that they claim with tuna, but if anyone's gonna get it, I'd say it would be you! (I'm just being silly... )
In addition, there's so much to benefit from varying your protein sources. Not to mention 6 cans of tuna with relish sounds like enough to make me vomit. Same with carbs... where's the fiber coming from? Are your intestines full of tuna and relish? Watch it! He's gonna blow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Relish... isn't there a lot of sugar in that? I'm not sure, I don't eat it...
Yeah it seems alot but it goes down easy. I throw in some cheat things every once in a hwile. Probabyl too much but Im bulking right now....I dont use much relish...Hrm fiber Ill add some green veggies there fibourous right ??

unless your like 350lbs of pure muscle or something, I dont really think all that protein is necessary. I would take out some protein in favor of fat but thats just me.
I feel much better ingesting that much protein....I think it is a weak point of many who do not consume enough. I think you should try it for 45 days and see whats up....
