Hey guys!
I've started Tren Ace + Prop cycle (for bulking) today, and I was curious what you think about this kind of routine
ABCXABCX repeat split,
Chest triceps
Back biceps
Legs shoulders
Big muscles (chest, back, legs) getting 4 exercises, 15 sets total (including 1 super set + 1 drop set)
Small muscles (shoulders, biceps triceps) getting 3 exercises, 10 sets total (including 1 drop set)
Every set will be 12-15 reps
What do you think guys?
