After my workout today of front squats, deads, bb rows, pullups and hammers I wasnt in the shake mood so I bought some chocolate milk (24oz) chugged that down. Then cooked 6 whole eggs and 8 pieces of bacon.
For a total 1228 cals, 80 grams of protein, 56g carbs, 76g fat
