Hows this for a post workout meal.

After my workout today of front squats, deads, bb rows, pullups and hammers I wasnt in the shake mood so I bought some chocolate milk (24oz) chugged that down. Then cooked 6 whole eggs and 8 pieces of bacon.

For a total 1228 cals, 80 grams of protein, 56g carbs, 76g fat
 
u not mind the fat bacon turns straight into?

Not to mention the salt.

If I eat eggs, I use a 3-1 white to yolk ratio....

yup good idea.

i usually do 5/3 b/c if i do to many whites by themselves it give me horrible gas.

why the hell would you gorge 76g of fat in a siting?

Chocolate milk and a chicken breast would have been a much better choice.
