I am starting my second cycle., and possibly my last. I am taking EQ for 10 weeks, T2 for 6 or 7 weeks , and finishing the final 5 weeks of EQ with winny tabs. I weigh about 200lbs, 10 of which i kept from my last cycle(ended 3 or 4 months ago). I recently started running and am looking for a modest weight gain(about 8-10 lbs), and deeper cuts. How many grams of protein should I consume per day. I have been taking about .75-1g/lb.
