First time to run a PH or AAS. Been reading and making notes and I think I am on the right track. Please tell me where I've gone astray.
I'm 34, 6'3" and just cut from 208 to 195 so I'm feeling good about my diet. Lots of ab fat gone.
Workouts will be four day split upper/lower (5x5) with abs/core twice a week and mild cardio five days a week.
Cycle
AI Cycle Support- 45 days
Spawn- Day 15 thru Day 45 (90 mg-30 days) (Interested in Beastdrol...when is it available?)
PCT
Reversitol- Day 46-76
Mass FX or Testabolone V2- Day 46-76
AI Post Cycle Support Day 46-76
Regulars include On 100% classic, fish oil (2 caps per day), and multi.
Questions-
Is the Reversitol and AI Post CS redundant?
Add a NO during the cycle? (too much pump?)
Don't know if I'm gyno suseptable as I've never run a cycle. Is a OTC SERM available? (nolva OTC?)
