how would you recommend splitting this up

400 mg of equipose...200 mg per ml

150 ml of cypinate....100 mg per ml

so i am going to hitting myself with 2 3/4 ml's a week

i have read it is ok to do it all on the same day, but is this ideal and the most effective, does it matter??
