How would you cycle this?

I am now sitting on:

20ml of Test e
20ml of Deca

I'm 5'11, 200 and 15%bf

I ran 500mg of Sust and 300mg of Deca for 10 weeks for my first and only cycle 6 years ago. This will be #2.

Any recommendations on how to structure this cycle given my stash? I also am looking for PCT suggestions.

how many weeks should I run it? Also, I don't know much about ai's or cabaser...can you elaborate a bit? Clomid worked well for me the first go-round so I'll take that advice.

id run it 10 weeks, which is how much you have at that dose. I usually like to use aromasin as my ai, but there are a few alternatives to that (im sure you will be prompted in this thread) you need an ai to supress estrogen. cabaser will help with deca gyno.

deca 200mg 1-10
Save the left over deca for another day.

perfect. Thanks a ton. If anyone can weigh in on the ai use (aromasin/cabaser/clomid) please specify when to start after cycle, how much and for how long. I read about reverse effect when used too soon after finishing ur cycle...and then I read about waiting it out and using "as needed". I want to make sure I protect yet don't take away cycle results OR create problems. Thanks all in advance!!

10 weeks works out perfect for you and what you have..

if u take 2ml of test a week (500mg) it will last u 10 weeks.
but u should use less deca than test, so u should have some deca left over after a 10 weeker. (unless deca is 200mg per ml. not sure on this as ive never used it)

pct = 4 weeks of clomid and aifm

my test is 250/mg and the deca is 300/mg. Still run the 10 weeks? What about the aromasin suggestion? I looked into it.....pricey, no?!!

front load the Deca but cut it out at week 8 ( it half life is long and you want it to clear for PCT)

Just opt for 500 of Test and 400 Deca MAX
