Can you say free chicken wings at the bars from 3-6?? I can for 3 nights of my trip. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm,
free wings + beer = dinner.
Anyway, I can definitely say that being stronger made it easier for me to ski, turn, etc. I wasn't sore the day after at all, either day I skiied. I could feel which muscle areas were worked & glad that I lifted heavy in the chest. Triceps need work.
Back on the diet "next year" officially!!
I'm not going to worry about it too much thru the holidays.
I haven't had to much to drink in a week for I don't know how long!!
