how true is the tail of test causing hair loss!!

how many of you guys actually noticed a receding hair line or thinning of your hair???i am 30 years old and been doing test off and on for 10 years..i am starting to notice a spot on the top/back part of my head thinning pretty good...but whos to say thats just not me losing my hair naturally..i can honestly say i lose a large amount of hair when taking a shower...but never really compared losing will off as than when on...anyway i just wanted a few people comments on what they thought and experience with test and losing hair...... thanks d

If your mom's dad has a full set of hair, you're in the clear. Test does convert to DHT, so if you're genetically going to bald, it can and will speed up the hairloss process.

Another thing to note is taking too much vitamin B can cause Temporary hair loss. I experienced this 1st hand.

I've never heard that b vit. causes hairloss. Anybody know anything about this?

I just looked it up and a diet deficient in b vitamins can cause hairloss. Not the other way around.
