How tough should you be?

These prop and primo shots eod are wrecking me. I haven't been able to do legs now for the past then days because I can't get to the point where both legs and glutes will function semi normal at the same time. (Pain and stiff knots)

I have found that it is destructive to the muscle to train it when it is very sore and won't really bend but 50%.....

Vets...what do you do... what do pros do when they inject so often.... just take a few painkillers and have at it?

I don't want to hit delts or pecs because I have had bad experiences with should semi painful gear there.

Should I just wait it out, or train them. Serious answers only bros, I can train through pain like the best of them but I won't do it if its causing my muscles and joints harm.

you have to find that just right spot in the glute area and be patient with the shot itself
if the ester that you may be allergic too or the BA content itself seeps into the dermal layers that alone may amplify pain and swelling many fold

your other option is heating the BA out of you shots if possible

Omega.... what about training a sore muscle caused from the stick. Should I wait it out.

Quads and Delts for "a friend" would be impossible

Glutes are workable though after warm ups, core temp elevation, and massage

some get used to it or the mal effect dissipate with time

Unsure as to why this is so though

vascular: Can't say enough about pin size. I was shooting 22G's and just switched to 25G's. Same gear and NO PAIN now. The trauma of the needle itself was the cause of my pain.

I am using 25g 1" pins for quads and glutes. I am pretty sure its just the prop because before this when running eq, primo, and test e in the same barrel it was fine..... little tight and stiff but moveable. The prop seems to make the muscle not want to stretch and contract.

I normallly shower, swab it, heat the syringe, inject about 20 secs per cc, then get back in the shower and massage under the hot water. I have been able to loosen up the quads enough to do light cardio but I am sitting here tonight trying to plan my day and training session. At this point I am thinking of waiting another day, hitting legs on sunday and putting the prop, primo shot off for a day and inject it sunday after legs.

It sucks not being able to hit the legs hard. I have sucked it up many times and rode the stationary bike for 5 mins or so, then a few light leg exts before getting into it but it seems that I always end up with worse pain afterward and or I tweak something else in the process of "favoring" the sore muscle.

what to do....what to do....

However, I can picture myself taking some advil (which I hate to do) and going to bed. In the am having a coffee and apririn with breakfast and then destroying quads/hams  Then I will come home and sleep all day because I won't be able to walk!

I think those long injects make for more soreness bc the needle moves around in there for longer. I would alternate pecs, shoulders, and glutes and you should be fine.

Ussualy after a few weeks the pain subsides once the gear is in your system. You need to do site rotation and that includes delts. Also, keep the pin steady and keep massaging the site for a few min after the injection.
Why did you have problems with your delts?

Does any one know how to tell the difference between pain from the gear, or the stick?

Pain from gear is not as intense as pain from stick. I made a stupid mistake and moved the pin in my glute. It was so bad I could not sit down for a week and could not pin for about 10 days. Gear pain goes away in few days usually.
Hope this helps
