Hey guys... just started my next cycle of:
300mg Deca weeks 1-10
750mg Test E weeks 1-13
50mg/day Anabol weeks 1-5
Looking to get a more defined/muscular six-pack at the completion of this cycle. How should I train the abs? Every other day? Heavy weight, less reps vs. more reps, less weight? Not sure if my stats are vital for this post but here they are:
180lbs, 5'10, 7.2% BF
