How to take Winny Tabs???

I have TTokkyo 10mg Winny tabs, I will be taking 50 MG E.d. Do I take all 5 at once in the morning, spread out thru the day or what. Any help is greatful...

It doesn't break down as fast as dbol's so you don't have to split them up every 4 hours. 1/2 & 1/2 is fine.

you could try 60mg/day
20mg every 8 hours, anything less than this and you have to get up during the night to take it, also i thik winny has a half life of not less than 8 hours which makes this very convenient.
