how to take dbol for best gains?

Hi guys ,i'll take dbol as kickstarter for my next cycle 30mg/day first 3 week then 40mg/day the other 3 weeks ( the first 6 weeks of the cycle ).
My question is : it's better to split it during the day ( 4 of 10mg ) or take it all at the same time? cus i think that if i split them my liver will be safer and blood level stable but the concentration will be lesser , instead if i use all togher the 40mg the peak in the blood will be higher but not blood level stable... so what's better?
i'll run test too.
 
I usually split into 3 doses but have my biggest dose pre training. Ive only used low low dose dbol (20mg ed) and i did 5mg am 10mg pre training and 5mg pre bed, worked at treat even at a low dose. They were good blue hearts
 
I would offer my 2 cents but most want to run Dbol like you already have it for Quick Gains, instead i will say you will need liver protectors ...., liv 52, or milk thistle etc . you will need at least a gallon of water a day along with cranberry Extract or cranberry juice.
 
Split into at least 2 equal dosages,
Check the water intake.
Have some liver protection in your body.
Rest over weekends (no DBol). Your body (liver) WILL appreciate for those 2 days a week, you will feel better and also, you'll LOOK better. Less puffy, not as bad a moon-face and the only thing you'll really loose on with those 2 days out of seven, is water retention.
 
I take 75mg a day and I have 50 mg tabs so I split them into four and take a dose right when I wake up and every 4-5 hours after that with my biggest dose right before the gym usually 25 (half a tab) even if I just took a dose an hour before that. Then continue like that threw the day I try and keep bloods pretty stable.
 
Ok guys , i got my dbol (10mg pills) and i'm doing 8AM 10mg, 2PM 10mg , 7PM 10mg ,12PM 10mg.
I think blood level should be stable , but i read some thread about this and a lot of guys just take 1 single time all the dose ( 40-50mg ) before training because higher peak in the blood is better... so now i'm very confused, in your opionion what's better? and why?
 
Objective = achieve optimum blood concentration levels. As half life of dbol is approx 3-4 hours, split the dosage so you take every 3-4 hours.

It makes a huge difference if you are running test alongside it... Which you always should be no matter what.

If you are, you could take the majority of your dbol a few hours pre training and just split the rest early morn and before bed... Or all in one dose

The test will keep you anabolic 24/7 anyways so it's of less importance how you split your oral doses... But if you want to be technical about stable blood levels then yea space them out evenly

I space out my dry orals (winny,tbol,var etc...) but I usually take my mass orals dosed 3/4 pre workout than one before bed... Just what I've found works best for me.
